Ministerial Session: COP21 - Naples
During the week of the COP21 , on 4 December in particular, the Ministerial Segment will take place in which will attend Ministers representing the 22 Contracting Parties of the Barcelona Convention and its Protocols, the Executive Director of UNEP, Ms. Inger Andersen, representatives of stakeholders and distinguished guests.
The High-Level Segment will notably endorse the Naples Ministerial Declaration.
