For the implementation of this initiative, INFO/RAC Centre of United Nations Environment Program/ Mediterranean Action Plan (UNEP/MAP) observes the rules set in GDPR on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data.

Agreeing these Terms & Conditions from the participant implies the consent to the processing of personal data and their use by the INFO/RAC for the execution of obligations concerning the initiative.

All the photos submitted will be used in the framework of the future World Oceans Day initiatives and other Environmental Digital Campaigns also in the framework of communication and dissemination activities of INFO/RAC Each participant holds the copyright of the photos submitted. Whenever a photo will be used, INFO/RAC will always mention the name of the author (i.e.: © LASTNAME).

  • I certify that the submitted photo(s) is/are of my property;
  • I agree to the free dissemination of my photos for Communication & Dissemination activities of INFO/RAC and other Environmental Digital Campaigns;
  • I agree that INFO/RAC publishes my name for the photography credits.

  • No photo will be offered for sale or any commercial use;
  • The Photos will be used for communication and dissemination activities with the ad-hoc credits and other Environmental Digital Campaigns;
  • The photos will not modify for any use of INFO/RAC.
